We are committed to our clients and their satisfaction with our work. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your service, we will gladly schedule as soon as possible to make any necessary adjustments within 2 weeks of your initial appointment.

There are no refunds given for services, retail products, or gift cards. Exchanges can be made for unused product within 5 days of purchase.

COVID19 UPDATES:

Salon Mer is now open and following all CDC, California & Alameda County's

updates for reopening. The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.

We ensure our studio salon space meets all the necessary precautions and

guidelines to safely move forward in the gradual aftermath of the COVID19 crisis.

Thank you for your support and patience as we and all other non essential businesses are navigating through this major transition. We welcome you and look forward to having you back in our chair!

Safety Guidelines & Appointment Requirements:

-Virtual consultations are mandatory and must be done prior to appointment day

-Upon arrival, all clients must wear a mask throughout the entire duration of service

-There will be limited physical contact. This includes no handshaking/hugging

-Please wash/sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival

*BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO WALK-INS

-Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms.

Please wait a minimum of 14 days after symptoms have

completely stopped before scheduling an appointment.

*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if sign of illness or symptoms are present.

-If you have travelled anywhere prior to your appointment, please reschedule your appointment date to 

after you have quarantined for a minimum of 14 days and show no symptoms

-All tools/salon equipment/surfaces will be sanitized and disinfected before and after each client

*All washed linens (towels, capes, robes) will be used once per client.  

-All payments will be done via a contactless check-out method.

*All payments must be completed before client departure. 

-All staff are required to wear sanitized mask/face shield/apron/new gloves for each client

Drinks/Beverages

Salon Mer will no longer provide complimentary drinks/beverages or magazines

to clients to reduce risk.

Please pack your own drinks/food if needed.

Please eat outside or prior to your appointment.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Salon Mer is a kid-friendly space
All children and minors are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adult present can simultaneously have an appointment. 

Parents: Please bring your own drinks/snacks/toys for your children if necessary.

Service Pricing

**There will be an additional service charge for each client to cover all PPE costs in order

to provide a safe and healthy salon experience for each client. Thank you for understanding. 

A “+” sign after some prices indicates price variations among service providers based on education and experience. Variations in pricing can also depend on the length and thickness of hair, amount of color used for your service, or total hours of service.
